University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"平成15年度から本大学においても社会福祉援助技術現場実習(以下,「SW実習」と略す)並びに精神保健福祉援助実習(以下,「PSW実習」と略す)が開始された。平成16年度までに,社会福祉援助技術現場実習が79名,精神保健福祉援助実習が29名,併せて108名の学生が実習を終え,平成17年度においては,社会福祉援助技術現場実習が36名,精神保健福祉援助実習が29名の計65名の学生が実習をおこなっている。この現場実習は約1ケ月の長期にわたり,利用者の人命はもとより権利擁護や人権への配慮も必要なだけに実習指導の徹底が求められている。本研究は,平成16年度の「社会福祉援助技術現場実習」又は「精神保健福祉援助実習」を終了した段階でのアンケート結果から,両実習の比較研究は学会発表等ではこれからという状況にあることから,両実習の共通点と相違点とを比較検討し,問題点と課題を明らかにすることにより,両実習の事前指導課題を明確にし,今後の事前学習並びに事後学習の指導に活かすことを目的とするものである。検討をおこなった結果,実習学生の増加に対する受け入れ施設までの通勤時間や週休日などの実習環境面では,受け入れ困難要因項目(以下,[実習環境要因]と略す)7項目の比較から,平均実習環境率は,SW実習が約6割に対して,PSW実習では約4割でPSW実習の方が受入環境低いことが明らかにされた。実習指導面の実習指導環境要因項目(以下,[実習指導環境要因]と略す)14項目との比較では,実習指導環境は,両実習とも「指導環境率」は約6割で差が認められなかった。しかし,実習指導環境は整っていても,必ずしも実習環境には繋がらないということも明らかにされた。一方,実習施設での総合実習評価では,SW実習がPSW実習よりも高い結果であった以上の結果を踏まえ,社会福祉士及び精神保健福祉士養成校協会の動きも踏まえながら実習指導内容の改善に向けて努力していく必要があることが本研究で明らかにされた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"川村学園女子大学"}]},"item_10002_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID（NAID）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"110005944221","subitem_relation_type_select":"NAID"}}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN10179111","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"09186050","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"梅澤,
